Medical Disclaimer

The information published on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to constitute, and must not be relied upon as, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content does not replace consultation with a qualified medical practitioner.

If you have concerns about your health or the health of someone in your care, please consult Dr Chin or your General Practitioner directly. In a medical emergency, call 000 immediately.

Appointments and Referrals

A valid referral from a General Practitioner or specialist is required before an appointment can be made with Dr Chin. Medicare rebates are only available where a current referral is held at the time of consultation.

Appointments can be made by phone on or by email. Dr Chin consults at three locations - Strathfield, Liverpool, and Campbelltown - and appointment availability varies between sites. Please contact the practice to confirm the most suitable location for your needs.

Cancellations and No-Shows

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and failure to attend without notice may incur a cancellation fee.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone on or by email as soon as possible.

Fees and Billing

Consultation fees are charged in accordance with the Australian Medical Association (AMA) schedule. A gap fee may apply above the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) rebate. The practice participates in relevant private health fund arrangements where applicable.

Fee estimates for consultations and procedures are available on request. Out-of-pocket costs will vary depending on your individual circumstances, health fund coverage, and the nature of treatment required. We encourage you to contact your health fund prior to your appointment to understand your entitlements.
